Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel your reading request at any time before the report is generated and delivered. If you cancel before delivery, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Because each reading is personalised and composed specifically for your chart using the birth details you provide, our reports are non-returnable digital products. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

If you believe your reading contains a material technical error (for example, an impossible planetary placement given your stated birth details, or a clearly garbled section), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and, if a material error is confirmed, offer either a corrected re-delivery or a full refund at our discretion.

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

• Dissatisfaction with the astrological content, interpretation, or tone — astrology is inherently subjective, and different readers may resonate differently with the same chart
• Changes of mind after receiving the report
• Inaccuracies arising from incorrect birth details provided by you
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

To request a refund, please email us at hellodishamukhi@zohomail.in with your name, the email used for the order, the approximate date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within two working days.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks cause unnecessary fees and administrative burden. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.
